Singer and actress Aura Kasih on Thursday made a shocking announcement of her secret marriage to Brazilian model Eryck Amaral.

Through her Instagram account, Aura explained that she and Eryck had an unregistered marriage in Bangkok prior to their much-publicized wedding reception in Jakarta in December last year.

“We had a secret marriage first in Bangkok, as Eryck at the time could not travel to Indonesia because of his contract with a Thai modelling agency,” she posted.

“As the process of marrying a foreigner can be complicated, we had to wait for details to be sorted out as well as for Eryck to finish his contract in Bangkok. After that we had our ceremony and officially legitimized our marriage.”
